Within the ongoing PNRA SIDDARTA project, we are analysing atmospheric aerosol, surface snow and snow-pit samples collected at Concordia, as well as soil samples collected in Southern South America and Australia, to study present-day sources and transport processes supplying mineral dust to the Antarctic plateau.
